Founded in the early 1900s by Arturo Boni, Acetaia Boni is a family-run vinegar house nestled in the hills of Solignano di Castelvetro, near Modena. What began as a small collection of barrels has evolved into a respected producer of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP, guided by four generations of passion and expertise.
