Founded in 2007 in Ripalimosani, in the hills of Molise, Agricolavinica was born from a shared vision of preserving the territory, respecting nature and developing sustainable agriculture. The estate was established on land that had remained uncultivated for decades, reviving a landscape with a centuries-old agricultural and viticultural heritage. Today, the family-run estate extends across approximately 220 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, forests, orchards and agricultural land. Agricolavinica works exclusively with the produce of its own land, maintaining direct control over cultivation, harvesting, processing and production. Its diversified agricultural model encourages biodiversity, with vineyards surrounded by forests, olive trees, orchards and other crops. Organic farming principles, natural grassing between the rows and the absence of irrigation reflect an approach in which the natural environment is allowed to determine the rhythm of production. The same philosophy continues in the winery, where intervention is deliberately kept to a minimum. Indigenous yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, stainless-steel vessels, no filtration and limited use of sulphites allow the wines to retain a direct connection with their soil, climate and grape varieties. Agricolavinica also collaborates with the University of Molise to research rare local grape varieties, combining the preservation of Molise’s viticultural heritage with ongoing experimentation and discovery.
