Founded in 1949 by Antonino Caudullo in Bronte, Sicily, Caudullo has built its identity around the cultivation, processing, and distribution of the renowned Pistacchio Verde di Bronte D.O.P. Today, brothers Nunzio and Alberto continue the family tradition, combining generations of experience with modern processing technologies. The company manages part of its own agricultural land and works closely with selected local producers, ensuring careful control and traceability of the raw materials throughout the supply chain. Its facilities in Bronte are equipped for shelling, peeling, optical sorting, processing, and packaging, producing pistachios and a range of semi-finished products for professional customers in Italy and international markets. Rooted in the unique volcanic landscape of Mount Etna, Caudullo combines respect for local tradition with a modern approach to quality, bringing the distinctive character of Bronte pistachio to the world.
