Founded in 1878, Oleificio Andreassi is a family-run olive oil producer based in Poggiofiorito, Abruzzo. Today, Matteo Andreassi—second-generation master oil maker—leads the company alongside his daughters, Maria Rita and Mariangela, who oversee every step of the artisanal process. The family philosophy is built on transparency, craftsmanship, and respect for nature. Their extra virgin olive oil is made from hand-harvested Leccino, Gentile, Frantoio, and Moraiolo olives, processed using the Sinolea® cold-dripping method—a gentle extraction technique that preserves the oil’s flavor, aroma, and nutritional properties. The result is a product with exceptional purity and balance, immediately bottled to ensure freshness. From their certified organic estate, the Andreassis also produce infused oils and olive oil-based skincare in collaboration with pharmaceutical partners.
