Crafted by blending cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil with the essence of black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), this oil preserves the integrity and nutritional value of the olive while capturing the unmistakable aroma of truffle. ORGANOLEPTIC AND NUTRITIONAL CHARACTERISTICS
Golden-green in color with a mild vegetal note, the oil carries a gentle truffle aroma — earthy, nutty, and slightly musky — without overwhelming the dish.
