Found mainly in the oak and hazelnut woodlands of Central Italy, the black truffle is a prized delicacy, traditionally hunted with trained dogs from late autumn through winter. This gourmet dressing is made by infusing certified 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil with the rich, earthy aroma of black truffle and enhanced with real black truffle flakes.
