Description
Since 1639, the Gradassi family has cultivated olives on the rocky hills of Umbria, passing down their tradition of producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil through generations. Their oil is known for its bright green color, fresh aroma, and balanced, fruity flavor.
Today, Terre Francescane represents Italian artisanal excellence. Their olive oil is used by Michelin-starred chefs like Carlo Cracco and Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and is available in select markets such as Peck, Eataly, and international duty-free shops. Their collaboration with the fashion brand Trussardi received praise from the Financial Times luxury magazine How to Spend It.
Committed to sustainability, the company operates fully on renewable energy and supports social initiatives in Assisi.
